A quick suggestion or enthusiastic tip to improve the experience of the product can turn an annoyed customer into a fan.
We here at the Daily Grind thoroughly endorse that approach to customer service.
Sadly, we’re not a major corporate institution relying on customers. (Well … not yet)
We have been customers for phones, internet, food and all major utilities.
And once, just once we’d like to speak to someone who thinks a little outside of the box, as well as the bounds of good taste.
